A Partner Who Holds Your Standard

Thank you for the opportunity to work alongside La Fleur Society. You build brands with intention, and you protect the standard your clients trust you for. I work the same way. My role is to be a single, reliable creative and development partner you can hand a project to, knowing it will come back finished, on brand, and on time.

This proposal outlines two near-term projects and a set of monthly retainer options. It is built to flex: the Shopify scope will be confirmed once the client site finishes migrating, and the retainer can scale up or down as the work in front of you changes.

One designer and developer for whatever comes up. Web, brand, print, and the dozens of small touchpoints in between.

What You Can Count On

Intentional

Every visual decision serves the brand. Nothing is decorative for its own sake.

Collaborative

I work as a true partner, integrating with your team, your producers, and your vendors to bring one cohesive vision to life.

High Quality, On Time

Premium work, delivered when I say it will be. Responsiveness and follow-through are part of the product.

Consistent

From the invitation in your hand to the website on your phone, the brand holds together everywhere.

The Projects

01

Shopify Website Build

Luxury Personal Care Brand · Shopify

Your client’s brand is positioned as an heirloom: high-end personal care objects made from luxe materials, meant to be kept rather than replaced. The brand identity and guidelines are already in place. The site needs to finally honor them, with the moody, saturated, luxe direction the brand was always intended to carry rather than the lighter look it ended up with.

The site is currently migrating from Squarespace to Shopify, and La Fleur Society will receive it once that transition is complete. Because the exact condition of the migrated theme will not be known until then, the work below is scoped as a flexible range. It may land closer to refined page-level styling, or closer to a near rebuild of key templates. I will confirm the precise hours after a full review of the migrated store.

What This Project Covers

  • Brand-true visual direction. Apply the existing brand guidelines faithfully across the store, leaning into the deep green, navy, linen, oxblood, and cognac leather palette and the saturated, editorial feel the brand was built for.
  • Shop by ritual and by material. Build the browsing experience around the way the brand wants to be explored, by ritual (hair, teeth, and more) and by material, with room for curated sets.
  • Founder-forward storytelling. Center the founder as the face of the brand. Co-founder presence stays in descriptions and social only, kept off the primary pages as directed.
  • Refined product and collection templates. Product, collection, and landing templates styled to luxury standard, with considered typography, spacing, and imagery treatment.
  • Built to grow. Structure the store so future additions, such as personalization, can be layered in without a rebuild.
  • Designer and client directions side by side. Where it helps the decision, I will show the client-preferred direction next to my recommended direction, so the choice is clear and informed.

Dependency: This project begins once Jody or Margaux confirms the client site has finished migrating from Squarespace to Shopify. I will then audit the migrated store and provide a confirmed hour estimate and timeline before any work begins.

02

Event Landing Page & RSVP System

Influencer Event · Outreach to RSVP

For the upcoming influencer event, the goal is to gauge interest and collect mailing addresses before physical invitations go out. I will build a fast, on-brand flow that captures every response cleanly and lands it where your team can act on it.

The Flow

  • Personalized outreach email. Sent from a recognized La Fleur Society team member so recipients immediately know the sender, with a simple yes or no interest prompt.
  • Landing page for contact details. A quick, elegant page that collects each guest’s mailing address and contact information for the invitation send.
  • Automatic Google Sheets integration. Every submission feeds directly into a master Google Sheet in real time, so the guest list builds itself with no manual entry.
  • RSVP-ready. The same approach extends to RSVP collection once invitations go out, mirroring the QR-to-RSVP flow used on past events.
  • Kept separate from the client website. The landing page lives on its own, independent of the client store, and can be turned around quickly.
Fast to launch

The core landing page is a roughly one to two hour build, so outreach can begin without delay.

Zero manual tracking

Responses and addresses flow straight into a single shared sheet, ready for the invitation mailing.

How the Work Gets Done

I listen to the vision first, then translate it into work that holds up to a luxury standard. Where a decision benefits from options, I present the client-preferred direction and my recommended direction together, so nothing moves forward by guesswork.

1
Listen & Align

Review the brand guidelines, the goals, and the constraints. Confirm the vision and the direction before any pixels move.

2
Audit & Scope

For the Shopify build, review the migrated store in detail and confirm a precise hour estimate and timeline. For the event page, lock the flow and the data destination.

3
Design & Build

Produce the work to brand standard, sharing directions side by side where it helps the decision, and revising in clear, focused rounds.

4
Launch & Support

Ship the finished work, confirm everything functions as intended, and stay available for the touch-ups and follow-on requests that always come up.

Pricing

Project work is billed at a straightforward hourly rate. For ongoing partnership, a monthly retainer keeps design and development support on hand whenever something comes up, so the work stays consistent and you are not starting cold each time.

$80 / hour
Standard hourly rate for project and ad hoc work, including the Shopify build and the event landing page. Each project is confirmed with an estimated hour range before it begins.
Monthly Retainer Tiers

Each tier is built around a set number of hours per month at a reduced effective rate, with faster turnaround as you move up. Choose the level that fits your current pace, and scale as the partnership grows.

Basic
$800 / month
10 hours / month · $80/hr

  • Ongoing design and development support
  • Turnaround: 5 to 7 business days
  • Monthly planning check-in
  • Ideal for light, steady upkeep
Signature
$2,880 / month
40 hours / month · $72/hr effective

  • Everything in Signature
  • Turnaround: 2 to 3 business days
  • Dedicated creative direction
  • First priority on event and launch timelines

Unused hours roll one month forward, then expire. Work beyond the monthly allotment bills at the standard $80 hourly rate. Tiers can be changed or paused as the partnership grows.

Third-party and production costs are separate. Printing, materials, shipping, premium apps, and fulfillment pass through at cost. The retainer covers design and development time, not physical or platform spend.

What Partners Say

Lindsay took our vision and made it feel effortless. The work came back polished, on brand, and ahead of schedule, every single time.

Jody Williams Creative Producer

Having one person who can hold design, development, and print together is rare. Nothing falls through the cracks, and the brand stays consistent everywhere.

Margaux Bell Brand Director

Responsive, intentional, and genuinely collaborative. Lindsay feels like part of our team rather than an outside vendor.

Selena Ortiz Founder, Luxury Personal Care

Ready When You Are

Two simple things move this forward. First, let me know which retainer tier fits, or whether you would prefer to start on the hourly project basis. Second, have Jody or Margaux notify me once the client site finishes migrating to Shopify, and I will begin the store audit and confirm the build estimate right away. The event landing page can begin at any time.
